I’m still working on the upgrade to this site … some older images might be missing, and I know the images are wider than the column, causing the text at the right to go over the images. I’m working on it. In the meantime, I decided to play. I added a plugin called Flickr Post Bar that allows you to get a row of images below your rich text editor and click them to make them appear in the post. It’s pretty good. Keen even.

I’m currently in the process of migrating our blog from Nucleus to WordPress. WordPress seems to be much more user-friendly and I’d like to make it easy for Elizabeth to pick out photos and create blog entries.

So today I scoured the web for Nucleus->WP import tools. I found one that takes Nucleus 2.0 to WP 1.2 and hacked it until it worked. Some fields in WP have changed since version 1.2 was current. If you want to make the same switchover I made, use the Nucleus 2.0 to WP 2.0 import script (right-click, Save As).

I know the photos aren’t working. I’ll try and get them back asap!
